For our customers’ convenience, we offer flexible hours and pre-booked appointments. It is important to note, however, that provisional bookings are subject to NHS approval. If two or fewer people are being booked at the same address, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. For bookings with three or more people at the same address, the minimum notice is three weeks prior.
