Eligibility Criteria
You may be entitled to a free NHS eye test at home if you are unable to visit an opticians unaccompanied due to a physical or mental disability and are any of the following:
- Over 60
- Receiving benefits
- Named on a HC2 certificate
- Eligible for an NHS complex lens voucher
- Registered blind or partially sighted
- Diagnosed with glaucoma or diabetes
- Aged 40 and over and your parent, sibling or child has been diagnosed with glaucoma
- Have been advised by an eye doctor that you are at risk of glaucoma
The Process
Call us to book in your free NHS home eye test at a time that suits you.
Your local opticians will visit you at your home to perform a comprehensive eye examination. A selection of frames will be available and we will be at hand to assist you in picking the right frames.
Delivery of your chosen spectacles with your prescription within two weeks. We will ensure they fit correctly.
We provide a lifetime aftercare service for all spectacles purchased. Including adjustments and minor repairs.
